After being relegated to the bench the past several games, JJ Williams entered Matchday 26 in the 67th minute as a substite for Noah Fuson. Williams made his 23 minutes of gametime count in the most important ways however, as he played a part in both of RIFC's goals in the 2-0 victory. After tapping on a ball to Stephen Turnbull shortly after entering the game, Williams sealed the deal on the win in the 90th minute with a set piece header goal of his own. While only his 2nd goal of the season, this goal clearly meant a lot to both JJ and his teammates and hopefully is a sign of things to come.
