Joe Brito, born on February 17, 1999, in Hartford, Connecticut, is an American professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Rhode Island FC in the USL Championship. Brito's early soccer development was with the New England Revolution academy, where he played from 2013 to 2017. His performance during the 2016–17 season was particularly notable, as he was named the Revolution Academy Player of the Year after scoring 16 goals in 25 appearances.

Brito attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for his college soccer career, where he redshirted his senior year. Over his college career, he made 87 appearances for the Charlotte 49ers, scoring 13 goals and providing 23 assists. His impressive play earned him two-time All-Conference USA First Team selection and Conference USA All-Freshman team honors.

On March 22, 2022, Brito signed his first professional contract with Union Omaha in the USL League One and made his professional debut on April 9, 2022, in a match that ended in a 2–2 draw with Forward Madison. On December 7, 2023 Brito joined Rhode Island FC for their upcoming 2024 USL Championship season.
