On June 27, 2024 Rhode Island FC transferred forward Prince Saydee to the Charleston Battery for an undisclosed transfer fee, making Saydee the first outbound transfer in RIFC club history. Saydee played sparingly over 10 total appearances for the club, mostly as a substitute, and was never able to find a consistent role with the Amber & Blue during the club's inaugural season.
