On July 16, 2025, Rhode Island FC announced that midfielder Taimu Okiyoshi had been sent out on loan to USL League One club Westchester SC. After making 3 starting appearances at the beginning of the 2025 USL Championship season, the rookie midfielder had seen limited minutes in his 14 overall appearances with the RIFC and will be looking to gain some valuable on-field time.
