On April 27, 2025, Rhode Island FC traveled to New York to play Westchester SC in the opening game of the 2025 USL Jägermeister Cup. RIFC took home a 4-1 victory in their first ever USL Jägermeister Cup match to sit at the top of the Group 4 table after one group stage game.
