On April 30, 2024, Rhode Island announced the signing of midfielder Isaac Angking to the roster as the 24th player in RIFC club history. Angking, a native of Providence, Rhode Island, joins RIFC as the club's second native Rhode Island player signing. Like fellow RIFC Rhode Island native Kevin Vang, Angking played his youth soccer with Bayside FC and later spent several years as a member of the New England Revolution youth academy resulting in his signing a Homegrown Player contract in 2018. Angking has appeared internationally for Puerto Rico tallying 7 goals, and has also appeared professionally in the US with the New England Revolution, New England Revolution II, Columbus Crew 2, and USL side Charlotte Independence.
