After starting his 2024 season with New England Revolution II in MLS Next Pro, 20-year-old defender Collin Smith signed with Rhode Island FC for the remainder of the 2024 USL Championship season. Known for his athleticism and composure on the ball, Smith brings a wealth of experience from his time with FC Dallas and Birmingham Legion FC where he notched 5 goals and 7 assists across USL League One and USL Championship. He even holds the record for most appearances with North Texas SC, an FC Dallas affiliate. Smith also has a brief stint with the FC Dallas first team and a U.S. U-16 National Team call-up under his belt.
