A native Rhode Islander, Matt DelGreco joined Rhode Island FC in 2024 as the club's first Director of Sports Performance. After graduating from the Univeristy of Rhode Island with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, DelGreco also recieved a Master's Degree in Applied Strength and Conditioning. DelGreco spent time as an intern with Charlton Athletic Football Club as their Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach before returning to the USA where he worked with the New England Revolution.
