Khano Smith, born on January 10, 1981, in Bermuda, is a retired footballer and current head coach and general manager for USL Championship club Rhode Island FC. Smith's career began in Bermuda with Dandy Town Hornets, where he led the team to the Cingular Wireless Premier Division title and was the league's top scorer. He moved to Major League Soccer in 2005, signing with New England Revolution. Known for his pace and crossing ability, Smith played as a left winger and contributed significantly to the team, including scoring crucial goals and helping them reach the MLS Conference Championship in 2005.

Smith's MLS career also included a brief stint with New York Red Bulls in 2009. He had a short spell with Lincoln City in England, where he faced challenges and was eventually released. Smith returned to New England Revolution in 2010 but became a free agent after the season. Internationally, he represented Bermuda, earning 33 caps and scoring 10 goals.

After retiring from playing, Smith transitioned to coaching. He served as an assistant coach for Southern New Hampshire Penmen, Orlando Pride in the National Women's Soccer League, and Birmingham Legion FC in the USL Championship. In 2023, he took on the role of head coach and general manager for Rhode Island FC, marking a new chapter in his soccer career.
